Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK mainland delivery will be charged at £3.95 with delivery normally in 3-5 working days.
Large heavy items such as mirrors and crockery will be charged at £8.95.
Orders over £100 will be delivered to a UK mainland address for free.
Express 1-2 Working Days
The express delivery service will be charged at £5.95 for delivery within the next 1-2 working days to a UK mainland address for orders placed before 12pm. Orders received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following day. Express deliveries can only be made where you are able to provide the full postcode.
Overseas Delivery
We regret at this time we are unable to dispatch orders online out with the UK. However if you are interested in purchasing for dispatch overseas please contact us on info@jollymolly.co.uk and we will provide you with a quotation.
Dispatch
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same day, subject to stock availability. However orders cannot be dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Scottish Bank Holidays. All orders received from 1pm on Friday until midnight on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday ( or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).
Delivery
Please arrange for someone to be at the delivery address as our courier requires a signature. We can deliver to your place of work if you are not normally at home during the day.
If the is no-one to accept delivery our courier will leave a card with details for collection/delivery.
If the goods are returned to us and we need to arrange redelivery then we will need to charge our standard delivery charge again.
Returns policy
In addition to your statutory rights we offer refunds and exchange on the following conditions:-
Faulty Goods
If any item is found to be faulty on arrival we will be happy to refund the cost together with all delivery charges including those incurred by you in returning the goods. Please follow the returns process below.
Unwanted goods
Unwanted goods
If you wish to return non-faulty goods we will be happy to refund or replace them if they are returned to us in a re saleable condition. Goods must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Delivery charges and gift wrapping charges will not be refunded. Please follow the returns process below.
Wrong Items
If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong items we will be happy to refund all costs as for faulty items. If you wish you can cancel your original order and receive a full refund.
Christmas Returns
We recognise that many of our customers like to order Christmas presents and we have specifically extended our returns policy to cater for this. Items purchased and dispatched from 1st January may be returned up to 14th January the following year.
Returns Process
Please contact us by email at info@jollymolly.co.uk or by calling us on 01770302162 to inform us of a return. We will issue you with a returns code and form which should be included with items returned. A return’s form can be downloaded by clicking here.

For your own security we recommend you use a method of delivery that requires a signature on delivery such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
A refund will be made to the card or account that was used to pay for the original order and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of returned items.
